About AlphaBeta

A technology partner,
not a supplier.

Founded in the UAE in 2010 and now based in Amman, AlphaBeta works with organisations across the region — planning, sourcing, implementing and supporting the technology their business depends on.

Our story

The company was founded in the UAE in 2010 and expanded to Amman, growing by staying close to a narrow set of things done well: information systems, networking, security and infrastructure.

Over that time the work has widened from hardware and networks into software we build ourselves — AlphaRoom, our meeting-room booking and management product, is the clearest example.

Our people

We are only as good as our team, so we select for values as much as skill: outstanding service, a need for complete customer satisfaction, and the drive to find a solution whatever the size of the business.

Technical and functional specialists work side by side, which is why our recommendations tend to survive contact with how a business actually operates.

Mission

To realise your business goals through our IT support and technology solutions — becoming an indispensable partner by managing a wide range of technology vendors and service providers on your behalf, with best practice and straight answers.

Vision

To reach ultimate customer satisfaction by delivering quality products and services, and to keep taking our own standard to the next level as a technology partner for corporate solutions.

What we believe in

Desire for excellence

Doing the work to a standard we would be happy to inherit.

Professionalism and ethics

Honest scoping, and advice that does not depend on what we have to sell.

Adding value to client needs

Solving the business problem, not only the technical one.

Collective responsibility

One team accountable for the outcome, from survey to support.

Innovation and transparency

New technology when it earns its place, explained in plain terms.

Trust built up over time

Long-term partnerships rather than one-off transactions.
